Data Custodianship & Reference Integrity
At TradeHub.tools, operated by Greenspark.Group LLC, we treat technical lookup variables as proprietary assets. We maintain a strict distinction between Personal Identity Information (PII) and Multi-Trade Technical Data (MTD), which encompasses lookup inputs for Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, and Structural reference modules. Our mission is to provide a digital code mirror while ensuring your project variables remain isolated and secure.
For full methodology and reference alignment, see our Code Citation & Source Log and Methodology documentation.
The "No-Sell" Binding Warranty
Multi-trade reference data is never monetized or licensed to third-party marketing entities.
Greenspark.Group LLC warrants that your project inputs—including electrical load counts, mechanical specifications, drainage fixture units (DFU), and structural dimensions—will never be sold, leased, or distributed to lead-generation entities, material suppliers, or third-party marketing networks. This policy is enforced at the architectural level and is subject to internal audit controls within the TradeHub data handling framework. We serve as a passive technical processor. Your professional project variables remain your exclusive property.
This warranty applies to first-party data handling practices and excludes third-party services required for core platform operation (e.g., analytics and hosting infrastructure).
Technical Logging & Reference Mapping
Professional identity data—including project site addresses and company identifiers—is only captured and archived upon the user's explicit request to generate a Field Citation Summary. Anonymous technical lookups performed during the drafting phase are not linked to individual professional identities. These verification logs are aligned with published methodology structures including ACCA Manuals (J, D, S), NEC reference tables, and manufacturer performance data to ensure traceable consistency between user inputs and governing standards.
California Privacy Rights (CCPA/CPRA)
Residents of California have specific rights regarding their personal information. TradeHub.tools collects "Sensitive Personal Information" solely to facilitate passive reference mapping and professional report generation. We do not use this information to infer characteristics about consumers.
Your Rights: (1) Right to Know; (2) Right to Delete; (3) Right to Correct; (4) Right to Opt-Out. To exercise these rights, use our Opt-Out Request Form or contact privacy@tradehub.tools.
Enterprise-Grade Security
All data transmitted through the TradeHub ecosystem is protected by 256-bit SSL/TLS encryption. Our server architecture is hardened against systematic logic extraction to protect the proprietary code-mapping methods developed by our Standards & Reference Division, including transport-layer encryption, server-level access controls, and isolation of calculation logic from public interfaces.
Retention & Source-Text Verification
Archived Field Citation Summaries are retained for a period of seven (7) years to satisfy professional traceability and AHJ verification requirements. Anonymous lookup sessions that do not result in a generated summary are not retained in our permanent identity-linked archives.
Analytics & Platform Services
TradeHub.tools utilizes privacy-conscious analytics services to measure platform performance and usability. These services do not access, store, or process technical calculation inputs or Field Citation data. Analytics operate exclusively on anonymized interaction metrics and are isolated from all calculation and reference engines.
Technical Review & Oversight
This document is maintained and reviewed by the TradeHub Technical Standards Team under Greenspark.Group LLC. Standards alignment includes ACCA methodologies (Manual J, D, S), NEC reference logic, and published manufacturer data where applicable.
All policy updates are reviewed against current regulatory frameworks, published engineering standards, and platform data handling practices to ensure ongoing alignment between system behavior and documented policy.
