Technical mapping utilizes Manual J/S/D principles. Greenspark.Group LLC assumes no liability for sensible vs. latent load variances, static pressure calculation errors, refrigerant charge estimations, or carbon monoxide venting risks resulting from digital lookup misuse.

1.3 Plumbing & Hydronic Reference Suite

Disclosures apply to Drainage Fixture Unit (DFU) counts, static head pressure mapping, and thermal expansion failure. Users must verify all digital outputs against the IPC or UPC as adopted by their local jurisdiction.

1.4 Structural, Roofing & Finishing

All structural outputs are Geometric Reference Estimates only. Liability is explicitly excluded for live/dead load path failures, fastener shear strength miscalculations, roof pitch area variances, or surface preparation errors in finishing applications.
